How Registration Works This Year

There are a lot of moving parts happening in making Festival of Tables successful. One of the most important and often most complex is knowing who is coming. Often times, hostesses invite more than who can actually sit around the table, assuming that some will say no. This is a good strategy to maximize the possibility that the table will be filled. But sometimes this can lead to confusion. Is a person coming or not? Is there an extra seat at the table or not? Sometimes, there are last minute cancellations. This is unfortunate, but it happens. Often times, the hostess will register the people. But there is a lot of information to gather (payment, dietary restrictions, availability, etc.). We are asking that every person attending registers themselves. This allows us to keep the information more organized and hopefully allows for a more seamless process for everyone involved. We are even providing a simple online registration process on Sunday mornings, hosted by a member of the Festival of Tables planning team. So, if you or a guest are unfamiliar with online registrations, come on Sunday mornings and someone can walk you through the process.

*We cannot guarantee the abscence of gluten. We are able to offer a gluten friendly menu, but not a gluten free menu. If your gluten allergy is more serious, our food may not be suitable for you.
